১. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করার পর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডারের তথ্য যাচাই করা হতে পারে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর পণ্য সরবরাহের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে।
২. ডেলিভারি সময়
ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে সাধারণত ২–৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। ঢাকার বাইরে সাধারণত ৩–৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। তবে কুরিয়ার কার্যক্রম, আবহাওয়া, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্যান্য অনিয়ন্ত্রিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
৩. ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা
অর্ডার করার সময় গ্রাহককে সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি খরচ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৪. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
৫. পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে গ্রাহক পণ্যটি ফেরত দিয়ে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন, তবে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি ও ফেরত সংক্রান্ত চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। পণ্য ফেরতের আগে অবশ্যই আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং আমাদের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
৬. পণ্য মজুত না থাকলে
অর্ডার করা কোনো পণ্য বর্তমানে মজুত না থাকলে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করার আগে গ্রাহককে বিষয়টি জানানো হবে।
৭. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময় গ্রাহককে প্যাকেট ও পণ্যের বাহ্যিক অবস্থা পরীক্ষা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। কোনো দৃশ্যমান সমস্যা থাকলে দ্রুত আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
৮. অর্ডার বাতিল
পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ করা যেতে পারে। তবে পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেওয়ার পর গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি ও ফেরত সংক্রান্ত চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
৯. পণ্য পরিবর্তন
পণ্য পরিবর্তনের জন্য আগে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। এরপর আমাদের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী পণ্যটি আমাদের নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠাতে হবে। পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর আমরা পণ্যটি পরীক্ষা করে জানাব যে সেটি পরিবর্তনের জন্য উপযুক্ত কি না।

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for ordering from Power Play Watch. Our goal is to deliver your order safely and reliably after the order has been confirmed.
1. Order Confirmation
After an order is placed on our website, we may verify the order details when necessary. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery process will begin.
2. Delivery Time
Orders within Dhaka City are generally delivered within 2–3 working days. Orders outside Dhaka City are generally delivered within 3–4 working days. However, delivery may take additional time due to courier operations, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Address
Customers must provide an accurate name, mobile number, and complete delivery address when placing an order. Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges for the order must be paid by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation if the Product Is Not Preferred
If the customer does not like the product after receiving it and wishes to cancel the order, the product may be returned, subject to our applicable return conditions. The applicable delivery and return charges must be paid by the customer. Customers must contact us before returning the product and follow our return instructions.
6. Out-of-Stock Products
If an ordered product is currently out of stock, the customer will be informed before the order is processed.
7. Receiving the Product
Customers are advised to check the package and the external condition of the product upon delivery. If there is any visible issue, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.
8. Order Cancellation
An order cancellation request may be made before the product is dispatched. However, once the product has been dispatched, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the applicable delivery and return charges must be paid by the customer.
9. Product Exchange
For an exchange, customers must contact us first and then send the product to our designated address by courier according to our instructions. Once the product reaches us, we will inspect it and confirm whether it is eligible for exchange.
