ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তনযোগ্য। Power Play প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সেই অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য মূল্য অনুযায়ী অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে, যদি কোনো স্পষ্ট মূল্যগত ভুল বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি না থাকে।
৪. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও নিশ্চিতকরণ
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করা মানেই অর্ডারটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে চূড়ান্তভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে—এমন নয়। অর্ডার যাচাই করার প্রয়োজন হলে Power Play Watch গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে ফোন বা অন্য উপযুক্ত মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে। পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, মূল্য, গ্রাহকের তথ্য বা অন্য কোনো প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয় যাচাই করার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হতে পারে।
৫. অর্ডার বাতিল
Power Play প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, ভুল মূল্য, ভুল তথ্য, সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার, গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে না পারা অথবা অন্য কোনো যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে। অর্ডার করার পর Power Play পণ্যটি পাঠিয়ে দিলে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
৬. পণ্য সরবরাহ
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় পণ্য সরবরাহের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, কুরিয়ার কার্যক্রম, আবহাওয়া, সরকারি বিধিনিষেধ, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্যান্য অনিয়ন্ত্রিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। গ্রাহককে অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি খরচ গ্রাহকের ওপর প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৭. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় যাচাই
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময় গ্রাহককে সম্ভব হলে প্যাকেজ ও পণ্যের বাহ্যিক অবস্থা পরীক্ষা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। কোনো দৃশ্যমান ক্ষতি বা ভুল পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে দ্রুত আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
৮. ফেরত ও পণ্য পরিবর্তন
পণ্য ফেরত ও পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে Power Play Watch -এর রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও পণ্য পরিবর্তনের নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে। পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে নির্ধারিত শর্ত পূরণ সাপেক্ষে পণ্য পাওয়ার তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরতের জন্য যোগাযোগ করা যাবে। পণ্য পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রেও সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের সময়সীমা প্রযোজ্য। পণ্য ব্যবহার করা হলে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে অথবা নির্ধারিত শর্ত পূরণ না করলে ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনের আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
৯. রিফান্ড
রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে Power Play Watch -এর রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও পণ্য পরিবর্তনের নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে। ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর পরীক্ষা করা হবে। রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে। প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি, ফেরত বা অন্যান্য খরচ ফেরতযোগ্য অর্থ থেকে সমন্বয় করা হতে পারে।
১০. ওয়ারেন্টি
কোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখিত ওয়ারেন্টির সময়সীমা এবং ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ডে উল্লেখিত শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে। ওয়ারেন্টি পণ্য পরিবর্তনের সমান নয়। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য গ্রাহককে আমাদের গ্রাহকসেবার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য আমাদের নির্ধারিত অফিসের ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে। Power Play Watch সরাসরি বা অফিসে এসে ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা প্রদান করে না। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য কুরিয়ার খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে।
১১. অর্থপ্রদান
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদত্ত অর্থপ্রদানের সুবিধা অনুযায়ী গ্রাহক পণ্যের মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন। অনলাইন অর্থপ্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট অনুমোদিত অর্থপ্রদান সেবা প্রদানকারীর শর্ত ও নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। অর্থপ্রদান সম্পন্ন করার সময় গ্রাহককে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
১২. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
অর্ডার করার সময় গ্রাহককে সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল ঠিকানা এবং ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে। গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে অর্ডার, যোগাযোগ বা ডেলিভারিতে সমস্যা হলে Power Play Watch দায়ী থাকবে না।
১৩. ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য Power Play Watch -এর গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করা হবে। অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা, পণ্য সরবরাহ, অর্থপ্রদান, গ্রাহকসেবা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। আমরা গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না।
১৪. ওয়েবসাইটের তথ্য ও প্রাপ্যতা

Product prices displayed on the website may change at any time.
Power Play reserves the right to change product prices when necessary.
Once an order has been confirmed, the order will generally be processed according to the applicable confirmed price, except in cases of obvious pricing errors or technical errors.
4. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Placing an order on the website does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Power Play Watch may contact the customer by phone or other appropriate means when order verification is required.
An order may be confirmed after verifying product availability, pricing, customer information, or other necessary details.
5. Order Cancellation
Power Play Watch reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary.
An order may be cancelled due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect information, suspicious orders, inability to contact the customer, or other reasonable circumstances.
Once Power Play has dispatched the product, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the applicable delivery charge must be paid by the customer.
6. Product Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, the product will be arranged for delivery to the provided address.
Delivery time may vary due to product availability, courier operations, weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide an accurate name, mobile number, and delivery address when placing an order.
Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to check the package and the external condition of the product upon delivery whenever possible. If a visibly damaged or incorrect product is received, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Power Play’s Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policy will apply to all eligible returns and exchanges.
If a customer does not like the product, a return request may be made within a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions.
The same maximum 7-day period applies to eligible exchanges.
A return or exchange may not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or does not meet the applicable requirements.
Note : For an exchange, please contact us first and send the product to our designated address. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm whether it is eligible for exchange.
9. Refunds
Power Play’s Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policy will apply to eligible refunds. Returned products will be inspected after they are received. If the refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7–10 working days. Applicable delivery, return, or other charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
10. Warranty
If a product includes a warranty, the warranty period stated in the relevant product description and the terms stated on the warranty card will apply.
Warranty does not mean exchange.
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact our customer service and send the product by courier to our designated office address according to the instructions provided.
Power Play does not provide offline or in-person warranty service.
Applicable courier charges for warranty claims may be paid by the customer.

Customers may pay for products using the payment methods available on the website. For online payments, the terms and policies of the relevant authorised payment service provider may also apply. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when completing a payment.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, email address, and delivery address when placing an order. Power Play will not be responsible for problems with orders, communication, or delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
